🔴 If you happen to have problems walking postpartum, don't keep this to yourself. It's not normal.

🔴 Walking can be extremely painful when the symphysis pubis -( photo below of pelvis ) separates a bit more than normal

🔴 You might need an X-ray and help to make walking possible and less painful

🔴 Don't keep this to yourself. Seek help ASAP.
